Owen Sound City Council holds a special meeting tonight to amend the site plan agreement to allow a Princess Auto Store at the Heritage Grove Shopping Centre.
The property on the East Side already boasts a Winners Store, a Michaels Craft Store and a Value Village.
The Princess Auto Store would cover over 17-thousand square feet.
A Dollar Tree Store is also under construction .
