A 56-year-old Stratford man is facing a charge after allegedly taking off his pants in a pizza shop on Sunday.
According to Stratford Police Service, officers responded to a complaint around 1 p.m. on February 8 at the New Orleans Pizza on Ontario Street.
An employee reported that an unknown man entered the store and made his way back to where the employee was. The man then allegedly took off his pants, exposed his genitals and then began arguing with the employee who told him to leave.
Police were able to identify the man using surveillance footage.
He was arrested on Monday and charged with one count of indecent act. He was held for a bail hearing later that day.
