A solemn anniversary will be marked in midwestern Ontario on Tuesday.
It was 35 years ago that Lois Hanna, 25, did not show up for work on July 4, 1988. The night before, she had left the Lucknow Homecoming Dance, never to be seen again.
The mystery of her disappearance has endured, as investigators try to figure out what happened to her. There have been theories, but none has ever led to an arrest or any answers as to what may have happened to her.
At the time of her disappearance, Lois was described as:
5'4" (163 cm) tall
120 lbs (54 kg)
Short brown, curly hair
Brown eyes

On this anniversary of her disappearance, the OPP is reminding the public of the $50,000 dollar reward for information that leads to her location.
