A holiday season event to raise money for a new Mount Forest pool will be held next month in Kenilworth.
The annual Flocking Holiday Home Tour will take place on Saturday, November 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Quality Homes in Kenilworth at 7307 Sideroad 5W.
This annual holiday event is organized by the Mount Forest Aquatics Ad-Hoc Advisory Committee. Previously, residents would open their holiday-decorated homes to visitors for a self-guided tour while raising money for the new Mount Forest pool.
There will be a slight change this year as the event is hosted in a central location, with five model homes decorated by local residents and groups. Quality Homes will also be offering free guided tours of their facility that day.
Tickets for the 2026 Flocking Holiday Home Tour are $30 each and are available at the following locations in Mount Forest: Mount Forest Greenhouse, M&M Food Market, Plume’s Main Street Interiors, Coldwell Banker WIN Realty and Quality Homes.
So far, the the Mount Forest Aquatics Ad-Hoc Advisory Committee has raised $1,160,461 toward its $2.5 million goal for the new Mount Forest outdoor pool, which will be known as the T.D. Smith Aquatic Centre upon opening.
