Lions Club of Goderich makes $15k donation to Gateway Centre

The Lions Club of Goderich have made a $15,000 to the Gateway Centre of Excellence in Rural Health.

According to a media release from the Gateway Centre, the donated money will be going toward supporting student employment and rural health initiatives.

A statement in the release states that the money will allow the Gateway Centre to "invest in the next generation of rural health leaders by providing students with valuable employment and experiential learning opportunities. It will also enable the Gateway Centre to continue advancing rural health research across local communities."

The Gateway Centre also acknowledged the ongoing support of the Lions Club of Goderich, which has been a valued donor for many years.
