A motorcyclist was airlifted to the hospital after an early morning crash in Bayfield.
The single-vehicle collision happened on Highway 21 at Clan Gregor Square just after 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Police said motorcyclist, who was alone on the bike, suffered life-threatening injuries and had to be taken to hospital by air ambulance.
Highway 21 between Mill Road and Bayfield Road was closed for more than seven hours. It was reopened around 9:30 a.m.
The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
