Church bell stolen from Mitchell

There will be no angels getting their wings at the corner of St. Andrew and Quebec Streets in Mitchell, after a historic church bell was stolen last month.

Perth County OPP are now asking for the public's help in locating the bell, which was reportedly taken overnight on November 21, 2025.

The bell sat outside the former Trinity Anglican Church, which is now a residence.

The bell is described as approximately two and a half to three feet tall, made of cast bronze, and bearing the inscription of "The Ha Siena".
