A single-vehicle crash southwest of Listowel sent a motorcyclist to hospital.
Perth OPP, Perth County Paramedic Services, and the North Perth Fire Department were called to the collision at the intersection of Perth Road 173 and Perth Line 72 around 8:30 p.m. on Monday. Police determined a motorcyclist lost control of the bike, veered off the road, and crashed.
The motorcyclist was taken to hospital with for treatment of serious injuries. By late Tuesday morning, police announced the motorcyclist was in stable condition and that the injuries had been determined to be non-life threatening.
The intersection was closed for more than 12 hours. It reopened around 11 a.m. Tuesday.
