In response to challenges facing downtown communities across the province, Owen Sound’s business community is bringing back the Downtown Dine Around.
The event features a unique three-course progressive dinner that highlights local restaurants, along with speakers from various social services.
Scheduled for Tuesday, November 26, the event offers start times at 5:30, 6:00, and 6:30 p.m.
Attendees will enjoy a three-course meal, with each course served at a different restaurant, while learning about medical, mental health, and social support programs available to the community.
Tickets are priced at $100 and include dinner, a donation (with a $50 tax receipt), and a River District swag bag. Proceeds will benefit the United Way of Bruce Grey, helping address unfunded needs in the region.
“The Downtown Dine Around brings people together to share incredible food, learn about the vital programs serving our community, and support the services that make a difference,” said Francesca Dobbyn, Executive Director of United Way Bruce Grey. “It also reminds us of the vibrant downtown community we have and how we can contribute to making it even stronger.”
Advance reservations are required, and tickets can be purchased at www.downtowndinearound.ca
