The Town of Saugeen Shores has updated closures on a local road.
Starting Monday, February 26, Saugeen Shores confirms that North Shore Road and Bushwood Lane will be closed to traffic. This closure is expected to last until mid-April.
These routes are closed to all activity, including vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians, in order to ensure the safety of both construction workers and the community at large as work continues on North Shore Road.
This work continues the rehabilitation started in 2022 to fix the North Shore Trail and protect the road, after several years of high water levels eroded the shoreline.
