OPP say they've recovered around $100,000 worth of stolen property after executing a search warrant in Perth East on Wednesday.
Members of the Huron-Perth Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), Perth County Major Crime Unit, and the West Region Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit executed the warrant at an address on Line 52 as part of an investigation into a stolen trailer.
Two men, a 47- and 42-year-old of Perth East, were arrested. They each face 11 counts of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, along with other charges.
The two were held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Police say they recovered a litany of stolen property, including: a tandem axle flatbed trailer, a tandem axle dump trailer, a 2011 Ford F250, a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500, a 2010 Kawasaki KX250 dirt bike, a 2018 Argo XR5, 2018 Skidoo Rotax 850 snowmobile, a Suzuki street bike, a 2002 Suzuki G60 street bike, a 2001 Suzuki XR1 street bike, an aluminum hydraulic dump bin, a Cargo Max trailer, and four chainsaws.
