Hydro One customers in Zone 1 West, operating out of the Walkerton centre, are to experience a planned power outage on May 5.
From 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., 2,262 customers in Egremont, Normanby, Minto, Carrick, Proton, Durham, Ayton, Bentinck, and Brant will be without electricity.
The scheduled maintenance is to allow workers to install new hydro equipment.
All affected customers have been contacted.
