Police, Teeswater fire and Bruce County EMS were called to the scene to find two parked vehicles and a parked snowmobile had also been hit.
Weslick Smith, 28, of Culross Township was charged with Impaired Driving, Dangerous Driving and Disobey Stop Sign.
The charges have yet to be proven in court.
