A co-founder of the Tanner Steffler Foundation joined MWO Sports this week to talk about the foundation and their upcoming OHL pre-season game in Clinton.
John Steffler and his wife Heather started the foundation in 2017 after they lost their son Tanner to an addiction. Since then, they've been working tirelessly to bring better mental health and addictions awareness and services to Midwestern Ontario.
John said the goal is to get a permanent facility built to better help local youth cope with and beat addictions, and get better mental health resources overall.
