Apartments on the west side look out on the Maitland River and surrounding forestry, while the east side faces residential dwellings of inner Wingham. “The building is conveniently located near the Wingham walking trail, parks, and splash pad providing residents with easy access to nature right at their doorstep,” said Hodgins, while the building is also “just a short walk from local shops, restaurants, and community services.”
