The three men charged in connection to the death of Owen Sound restaurant owner Sharif Rahman plead guilty to the offences on Friday.
Justice Christopher Chorney accepted the guilty plea of Robert Evans Jr, who is charged with manslaughter in Rahman’s death, in an Owen Sound courtroom on June 5.
Robert Evans Sr. and Barry Evans also pleaded guilty to charges of accessory after the fact.
The trio from the United Kingdom were extradited to Ontario to face charges in December.
Rahman was assaulted outside of his restaurant while trying to stop an alleged dine-and-dash on August 17, 2023. He died from his injuries in London hospital.
The Evans trio returned to the UK shortly after, until they were charged by Owen Sound Police almost a full year later.
