Bayfield Lions Home and Lifestyle Show growing this year

The Bayfield Lions Home and Lifestyle Show returns next weekend, with organizers promising a bigger, more interactive event than ever before.

The show, which runs April 25 and 26, is growing its outdoor portion, bringing new attractions like live car extrication demonstrations by the local fire department, entertainer Bernie Gilmore, and a 50/50 draw.

"This year’s show really captures what Bayfield and Area is all about," said Nancy Lowrey, Chair of the Bayfield Lions Home and Lifestyle Show. "From live demonstrations and great food to music and community celebration, there’s something for everyone. We’re especially grateful for the continued support of partners like Watson’s Home Hardware, who help make this event possible year after year."

Inside the arena, guests will find a mix of exhibitors, an indoor food court, prizes, and family-friendly favourites like free face painting. There will also be a booth dedicated to informing residents about Bayfield's 150th anniversary celebrations.

Doors open at 10 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free although food bank donations are gratefully accepted.
