Hensall Co-op is launching its 2026 Strong Communities Initiative, offering a $10,000 one-time grant to support a local community project within its trading area.
The farmer-owned co-operative says the program is aimed at funding projects that address a significant community need and deliver lasting, measurable impact. Priority will be given to initiatives focused on community health and healthy living, reflecting feedback from employees.
Eligible applicants must be Canadian not-for-profit organizations operating in the Hensall Co-op trading area, registered charities with the Canada Revenue Agency, and in operation for at least one year. Applications and full eligibility details are available on the co-op’s website.
