Perth County OPP are asking for the public's help identifying a person of interest in relation to an indecent act that occurred in Mitchell.
According to police, on November 22, 2025, around 6:30 p.m., an individual was observed on the walking path at the Lions Park near the dam "engaging in an indecent act."
The man is described as White, around six feet tall, with a heavy-set build, short black hair and a clean shaven, round face.
He was wearing a teal sweater, dark gray pants and a black backpack at the time.
