Saugeen Shores Police have charged a man who allegedly exposed himself to a trio of school children in April.
Police say the indecent act was reported on April 25 at a school within Saugeen Shores.
According to police, a male approached a fenced in area of a school yard and initiated conversation with students on the school property. During this incident the male allegedly exposed his genitals and began to touch himself. He then fled the area.
Police say the man was identified after a detailed investigation. As a result, a 27-year-old man from Saugeen Shores has been arrested and charged with three counts of indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age, three counts of sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age and failure to comply with a probation order.
The man was subsequently released on a release order with conditions and a future court date. The charges have not been proven in court.
Due to a publication ban to protect the victims' identities, police will not release any further information at this time.
