South Bruce Grey Health Centre appoints two new members to board

There are two fresh faces around the table of the South Bruce Grey Health Centre's Board of Directors.

Laurie Aston and David McKee were appointed to the volunteer board at its annual meeting last week.

Aston reportedly brings expertise in healthcare governance, healthcare ethics, human resources, and financial planning to the role. While McKee, an executive and lawyer with more than 30 years of experience, has a background in healthcare governance, youth, health care, and senior care issues.

“We are very pleased to welcome Laurie and David to our Board of Directors,” Board Chair Joe Dietrich said in a statement. “Each offer professional, personal and governance experience that will further enrich the board as we continue our efforts to deliver high quality, patient-centered care to the communities we serve.”

Applications for new members to the board of directors can be filled out anytime through the health centre's website sbghc.on.ca.
