Conestoga College is set to open the doors of its brand-new Stratford campus this September, marking a major milestone in the institution’s long-standing commitment to education and workforce development in the city.
Located at 60 Erie Street, the newly renovated facility will welcome students with modern amenities including a student lounge, Bring Your Own Device classrooms, and a dedicated skills lab for Personal Support Worker (PSW) training.
To celebrate the expansion, new students enrolling in a program at the Stratford campus this fall have the chance to win up to $1,500 toward their first-term tuition. Additionally, all first-term students will receive $200 in Campus Store credit and a Conestoga hoodie.
“This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for both our institution and our students,” said Paula Gouveia, Conestoga’s vice-president, Academic. “We are thrilled to continue our legacy in Stratford and to invest in the community as it grows into a new location.”
The new Stratford campus will offer a range of career-focused programs in business, health and life sciences, hospitality, and community services. These programs will support Stratford’s workforce needs while equipping learners for success in their chosen fields.
Conestoga’s history in Stratford dates back to 1969, when it first operated an Adult Education Centre. Over the decades, the college has expanded its offerings in response to local demand, providing skilled trades, nursing, and technical training to the community.
According to a media release, the move to Erie Street reaffirms Conestoga's dedication to delivering relevant, industry-driven education in Stratford for future generations.
