Day at the Races fundraising applications open at Clinton Raceway

Applications are now being accepted to host fundraisers at a popular Huron County racetrack.

The Clinton Raceway has opened the application process for those groups who are looking to host a fundraiser at the Huron County Oval during the 2025 racing season.

Forms are available on the Clinton Raceway website and the process will remain open through the end of January.

Last year, over $118,000 was raised for numerous local organizations and groups at Clinton Raceway.

The 15 week season is set to open on Sunday, May 18 with an afternoon post time of 1:30 p.m. for the entire summer (excluding the Spring Fair weekend of June 8) and concluding with the Annual Charity Driver’s Challenge on Sunday, August 31.

Any questions regarding the season or application process can be addressed to Jessica Carnochan, Marketing Manager by email at jessicacarnochan@gmail.com.

“We’ve been working with local groups, clubs and organizations for many seasons and in 2024, through our Day at the Races Program we (along with our incredible fan base) helped raise over $118,000,” Carnochan said. “From minor sports, to service clubs, animal rescues and everything in between we welcome all those looking to raise some additional funds, while having a great afternoon at the races to apply.”
