Man accused of breaching conditions during neighbour dispute
A 29-year-old Chatham man who had been ordered by the court not to talk to his neighbour has been arrested again.
Chatham-Kent police said the man was bound by conditions not to communicate with one of his neighbours and "not to engage in a specific activity."
However, when police were called to the address on Lark Street just after 9 a.m. Sunday, they reportedly determined that the man had breached both of those conditions.
As a result, he was arrested and charged with two counts of breaching his probation and was later released with a future court date.
