The Windsor Express took a 2-0 series lead over the Niagara River Lions after a 100-97 victory on Wednesday.
Niagara ended the first quarter with a two point lead and remained ahead 48-45 at halftime. The Express inched ahead to gain a 74-70 lead in the third, and held on to the advantage in the fourth to earn the win.
Kirk Williams Jr. scored 22 points and had 13 rebounds for Windsor.
The two teams travel to St. Catharines for Game 3 on Friday at 7pm.
