Shortly before 8 p.m. on Monday, Windsor police spotted the 33-year-old suspect in the area of Bruce Avenue and Vera Street. He was arrested after a short foot chase.

The suspect is charged with two counts of armed robbery, two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, two counts of wearing a disguise to commit an offence, and one count apiece of pointing a firearm, and using a firearm while committing an offence.
