Windsor police responded to the section of road between Lauzon Road and Forest Glade Drive at around 10:30 a.m.
One person was rushed to hospital with serious injuries. There has been no update on their condition.
The area was closed to traffic to allow crews to clean up debris and investigators to complete their work and reopened at 1 a.m. Saturday.
