A 57-year-old man has turned himself in and two others are being sought by Windsor police in a series of break-and-enters.
Officers responded to three separate incidents at Windsor businesses between February 2 and April 13. On one date, three people broke into a commercial property on St. Etienne Boulevard three separate times to steal manufacturing products. Police say the same trio returned to the property twice more on a separate date to steal more materials.
In a separate incident, the three suspects entered stole a trailer from a business on Rhodes Drive off Pillette Road.
The total value of property stolen is estimated at over $100,000.
The Target Base Unit identified two of the three suspects.
One, a 57-year-old man, surrendered at Windsor police headquarters on an unrelated issue. He is charged with six counts of break-and-enter, three counts of possessing break-in tools, and one count of theft under $5,000.
A warrant has been issued for 38-year-old Christopher Channing Chapman, pictured above.
A third suspect, who is unidentified, is described as a White male with olive skin, 30 to 35 years old, with brown hair.
