Windsor police report emergency crews were called to the blaze around 5 a.m.
No injuries were reported but the house sustained around $75,000 in damages.
According to police, investigators believe the fire was intentionally set.
A suspect was identified and arrested a short time later.
The woman is facing charges of arson causing property damage.
