A 47-year-old was charged with impaired driving after allegedly going the wrong way on the E.C. Row Expressway Wednesday night.
Windsor police say they were setting up a R.I.D.E. (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) stop when officers spotted a black pickup truck travelling the wrong way on the westbound Jefferson Boulevard on-ramp.
Officers activated their lights when they saw the truck headed towards them and the vehicle stopped.
The LaSalle man was arrested and charged with impaired driving and refusing to provide a breath test.
