At around 7:30 p.m. on Friday, officers were called to the Chrysler Centre.
It’s reported a vehicle hit a pedestrian while they were attempting to get across the centre.
The driver remained at the scene, while the pedestrian was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say this is all the information they have at this time.
The Emergency Department at the Wingham and District Hospital will close temporarily on Thursday night.
