Windsor police are hoping someone can identify a man who robbed a south-end business and threatened an employee.
Officers responded to a call on Friday, September 13, at a convenience store on Dougall Avenue near Cabana Road West. Police learned that a man entered the business, picked some items off the shelves, then tried to leave without paying for them.
When an employee confronted the man, the suspect threatened them before fleeing.
There were no weapons seen during the incident and the employee was not hurt.
The suspect is described as a White male, 30 and 40 years old, 5’ 6” to 5’ 9”, with a slender build and shoulder-length hair. He was wearing a black t-shirt, blue or grey pants featuring the word “Harley,” and black shoes.
Surveillance camera footage has been released, and police have asked the public to take a look.
