Kenneth Hall was last spotted on Ouellette Avenue between Pitt Street and Riverside Drive.
Hall is 5'8" and 180 lbs. He walks with a limp.
He was wearing a light grey spring jacket, jeans, and green work shoes.
Anyone who sees Hall or knows his whereabouts is asked to call Windsor Police at 519-255-6700.
