A 25-year-old Windsor man is facing charges following an investigation into the sexual assault of a minor.
The Windsor Police Internet Child Exploitation Unit launched an investigation in May of this year after receiving information that a 15-year-old had been lured and sexually assaulted by a man she met on social media.
Through the investigation, officers arrested the man and seized his electronic devices. The charges have not been proven in court.
He has been charged with sexual assault and luring a child under the age of 16.
