That includes the spay and neuter clinic and all other medical services offered to the public.
A statement from WECHS indicated their veterinarian is "away from the workplace."
On July 5, the humane society board announced its longtime executive director had been let go.
The humane society continues to operate its adoption and protection services.
They were produced during an intense storm last Saturday afternoon.
