Two arrested for Leamington home invasion

Ontario Provincial Police arrested two people for a home invasion in Leamington back in February.

The incident happened at a home on Talbot Street where three people forced their way into the home and assaulted two people. The victims had minor injuries.

Investigators determined it was a targeted incident.

On Tuesday, members of the Essex Crime Unit executed a warrant at a home in Maidstone and took two people into custody.

A 31-year-old and 46 year-old were arrested and are both facing multiple charges including break and enter and assault with a weapon.

Police continue to search for the third suspect.
