Suspect sought in attempted south Windsor break-in

Windsor police have identified a person suspected in an attempted break-in at a business last month.

Investigators say the suspect, pictured above, made several attempts to break into a business in the early morning of March 25, on Provincial Road near Cabana Road.

Police say before the suspect left the property, a rock was tossed at the front window, shattering it and causing substantial damage. The suspect then fled the scene in a white Ford Taurus.

The suspect is described as a White male between 30 and 40 years old. At the time of the incident, he wore dark pants, a hooded jacket, and black and white shoes.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect or with information about this incident should call Windsor police's Target Base Unit at (519) 255-6700, ext. 4350. Anonymous tips may be submitted to Crime Stoppers at (519) 258-TIPS (8477).
