Windsor Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 19-year-old man after a robbery and stabbing that resulted in serious injuries for the victim.
Around 6:30 a.m. on Friday, officers responded to a call about a robbery on Wyandotte Street East.
The suspect had picked up a dropped cellphone and demanded money from its owner to return it.
Once the victim paid, he confronted the suspect and was stabbed.
Investigators identified Jaden Johns as the suspect. The warrant is for charges of aggravated assault, robbery with an offensive weapon, extortion, and uttering threats.
Johns is white, 5'7", and 130 lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Police consider him dangerous. Don't approach him directly. Call 911.
