Seniors assaulted in Windsor home invasion

Windsor police are looking for two people who broke into an east-end house and assaulted the occupants.

Shortly before 9 p.m. on Monday, officers responded to the home on Aspenshore Avenue off Peppervine Street. They learned that two people forced their way in with a firearm and pointed it at a 72-year-old man.

The two got into a physical altercation while the other suspect shoved a 71-year-old woman.

The suspects took an undisclosed amount of property before fleeing. Both victims were treated for minor injuries.

The first suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 6’ 0”, and weighing 200 pounds. At the time of the incident, he wore a blue hoodie, mask, dark pants, and gloves.

The second suspect is a White male, approximately 6’ 2”, and 220 pounds. At the time of the incident, he wore a grey hoodie, grey track pants, a surgical mask, and gloves.
