Windsor Fire and Rescue Services had a busy Monday.
Crews responded to a blaze on Forest Glade Drive near Wildwood Drive just before 8 a.m.
It was reported the fire was under control around an hour later.
A fire investigator attended the scene and the investigation is ongoing, but four people are out of their home.
That fire caused $150,000 in damages.
Then, around 1:30 p.m. crews were called to a fire at a vacant home on Riverside Drive East between Glengarry Avenue and Louis Avenue.
Riverside Drive closed for several hours as crews extinguished hot spots.
The cause of the fire has not been determined, but it caused $400,000 damage.
There were no injuries in either fire.
