Pathway to Potential is updating its poverty reduction strategy and hopes residents will help.
It's holding two public meetings on Monday and Tuesday nights to hear resident concerns and priorities as it works to meet current and future needs.
The first meeting on Monday is at 6 p.m. at Mackenzie Hall on Sandwich Street West, and the second is on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Essex Recreation Centre on Fairview Avenue in Essex.
Pathway to Potential launched in 2008 and receives an annual investment from the City of Windsor and the County of Essex worth $2.1-million. It has 14 programs assisting youth and families with accessibility and financial barriers.
The organization last updated its poverty reduction strategy in 2017 when it introduced its 9-Point Social Investment Plan.
The update will inform its vision for the next four years.
