Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island is helping locals cross people off their shopping lists with its annual Holiday Gift Guide.
The guide features gift ideas from over 300 local artisans, makers, retail locations, and small businesses.
“It’s the most wonderful time of the year – and we’re excited to launch the fifth edition of our Holiday Gift Guide to help emphasize the importance of supporting local and showcasing unique businesses and artisans in a big way across the region” said Gordon Orr, CEO of Tourism Windsor Essex. “This year we have increased our distribution reach of the guide to more than 75,000 guides being delivered directly to houses and apartments across Windsor Essex."
The gift guides have already been shipped with Canada Post and are available at local shops.
"We often see people using the guide as a checklist for items to buy each season – bringing the guide in person to each business and crossing off their naughty and nice list as they explore our shops and districts and leaving a strong local economic impact behind,” said Orr.
