Police looking to speak to potential witness of daytime shooting

The Windsor Police Service would like to speak to a man about a shooting that happened this summer.

On August 15, police were called to the area of Pierre Avenue and Niagara Street.

They found a 33-year-old man with several gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators would now like to speak to a man seen on security footage in the area. At this time, this individual is not considered a suspect but may have information that could assist the investigation.
