Around 6:45 p.m., a citizen called the OPP in Leamington after watching a woman attempt to fill up her vehicle at a gas station on Talbot Street East.
Police found the vehicle. The driver appeared impaired by a drug, so the officer arrested the 42-year-old woman.
The RIDE program that netted the third suspect was just after 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
Police set that up on Erie Street North in Leamington, and a 60-year-old man blew over the legal limit.
All three had their driver's licenses suspended for 90 days and their vehicle impounded for a week.
