Just before 2 p.m. on Monday, firefighters arrived at a home on County Road 42, east of Lauzon Parkway.
Paramedics rushed the bedridden woman to Windsor Regional Hospital.
Four people were displaced by the fire, which caused $200,000 in damage.
Early Sunday morning, firefighters responded to another fire at a house on Intersection Road.
They could see flames shooting from the house when they arrived, but no one was there at the time, and nobody was hurt.
