Ontario Provincial Police have arrested a man following a traffic complaint.
Shortly before 9 p.m. on Saturday, the OPP got a call from a concerned citizen about a possible impaired driver. Officers arrived on Oak Street West in Leamington and found the vehicle in question.
A 40-year-old Leamington man has been charged with impaired driving and driving with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood.
The charges have not been proven in court. The man was released and will have a chance to answer the charges in a Windsor court on Tuesday.
