A professional with a decade and a half of experience developing philanthropic partnerships is taking over as the head of the organization that raises money for Erie Shores Healthcare and Erie Shores Hospice.
Jeff Lewis, chair of the Erie Shores Health Foundation, announced the new executive director is Penny J. Bellhouse on Tuesday.
Bellhouse most recently worked for the Norfolk Hospital Foundation.
"Ms Bellhouse, who has roots in the community, has over 15 years of experience in developing strong philanthropic partnerships and encouraging volunteer engagement to benefit health organizations," said Lewis.
Bellhouse will start her new job on Monday.
