Few details have been released, but the crash took place shortly before 7 a.m. on southbound Huron Church Road near Todd Lane in LaSalle.
Three vehicles were involved, with one of them rolling over.
One person was sent to hospital with no word on their condition.
Southbound Huron Church Road remained closed at Todd Lane just before noon Monday. Police have urged drivers to find an alternate route.
