Organizers of this year's Comber Fair are looking for volunteers.
"We welcome students needing volunteer hours, anyone wondering what it's like to be part of the Comber Fair, or anyone just willing to lend a helping hand," read a statement from the organizers.
The event celebrates its 164th year in 2023. It runs from August 11 to August 13 at the Comber Fairgrounds.
Organizers need volunteers for set up on August 7, 9 and 10 before opening day on Friday, August 11, during the event, and the day after on Monday, August 14.

The Comber Fair is an agricultural fair which includes a midway, a beer tent, an antique farm equipment contest, and a talent show.
The parade starts at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 12.
Entertainment during the Comber Fair includes The Muskoka Knights and Crystal Gage on Friday night, Cash on Saturday evening, and The Ashley Lynn Experience.
