Windsor police seek trio for aggravated assault

Investigators are looking for three people suspected in a Windsor assault.

Windsor police officers were called around 8 p.m. on April 6 to University Avenue West near Cameron Avenue, following a report of a group of people damaging a vehicle. The investigation showed that a man had been attacked by four people with weapons at a home on University.

Constable Bianca Jackson said the victim ran for his vehicle, parked outside the home. The suspects chased the victim out of the house and began to damage the vehicle causing the victim to run from the area.

Police are looking for three of the suspects and have released images of them.

One suspect, identified by police as David Sirls, 47, is wanted for assault.

The two other men are described as follows. The first has an olive complexion, is about 5' 10", and weighs 195 pounds with short brown hair. He was wearing a black sweatshirt, grey jeans, and white running shoes. He is wanted for assault with a weapon, utter threats, point firearm, and mischief.

The second is a male wearing a red hoodie, a blue t-shirt underneath, a red ball cap, blue jeans, and white running shoes. He is wanted for assault with a weapon and mischief.
